We have no ticket, the machine is off and we're standing here trying to figure out what to do next.

Can you think of a way to improve how tickets are bought?
There should be a human in the booth that can help!

Was there any difficulty getting here from where you are living in this city?
It was difficult to find this place with GPS, google maps, and the roads are confusing.

How?
There are no signs.

Can you think of anything that would improve your vacation experience today?
We would have liked help with planning from the employees at the hotel. They could have set us up with activities and tickets to the activities, and parking space. And also, better weather.
